With over 1,000 strategic property acquisitions throughout my career and an understanding of how to assist investors identify and acquire properties that meet their personal targets, a strong track record of delivering exceptional results is evident.

Brad Taylor

With a wealth of experience in professional services, Brad is dedicated to providing a friendly, stress-free environment where individuals can explore their investment opportunities.

Brad holds a diploma in Financial Services and specialised in Self-Managed Super Fund investments. Moving away from financial advice, Brad’s core focus is now buying real estate.

Having built strong foundations and relationships as a financial advisor over the years, Brad’s clients find it refreshing to know they can leverage his understanding of the big picture and long term approach when it comes to investing in property.

Staying true to Brad’s fundamental passion for enhancing lives, he is also a co-founder of a specialised gym catering to mature individuals, established in 2015 and managed by his wife, Kylie. 

Through numerous conversations with clients throughout his career regarding financial outcomes, Brad firmly advocates that our emphasis should extend beyond having a robust bank account or solid asset base. It should also encompass dedicating equal time to nurturing a sound mind and healthy body.

David Clegg

National Relationships Manager

David provides Astute Property Network and its corporate partners with over 30 years of experience in financial services and direct property.

Working with both major institutions and smaller boutique companies holding a strong record of success as a mentor in all areas of business development, David has a Diploma in Financial Services and is always looking to help affiliates grow their businesses with diverse offerings to their clients.

David has presented at numerous investment expos at a national level and possesses the talent and knowledge to break down the numbers involved with property in an easily understood manner.

David is held in high esteem by his peers as someone who always communicates well with his business partners, so they are clear on the progress of mutual clients. He is excellent at helping partners understand and integrate a diverse property offering into their business. David still plays high level touch football albeit at a slower pace these days and is the eternal optimist in our team, always expecting Wests Tigers, NSW Blues, Waratahs and Wallabies to win!

Peter Bell

With over 20 years of diverse experience across a variety of sectors including property, planning, and infrastructure, Pete’s research, strategy and people skills have been honed through various senior roles in both the private and public sector.

Through his own business, Aurelius, he is a strategic advisor to other like-minded businesses and individuals. The unique fusion of Pete’s skills in town planning, economics, data, technology, human behaviour, and business strategy are widely sought to guide informed decision making.

Pete is also the author of an Amazon best seller “Stepping Out the Other Side”.

Jessica Faulkner

Administration & Client Support

An integral part of our purchasers buying journey, Jess brings to the team years of operation, process, and admin management experience all within the property industry.

With an exceptional understanding of the purchasing process, along with an even better understanding of software applications, documentation processing and management, Jess produces efficient and effective results for all our internal operations along with providing open communication and process management for all of our purchasers and channel partners.

Erin Hobday

Erin has been instrumental in Astute Property Network’s growth to date. Since the company’s inception, she has been a strong support to Managing Director Alex, contributing significantly by creating and managing systems that are integral to maintaining a well-organised company.

With a long standing background in serving the aviation industry, Erin has a natural aptitude for comprehending and executing the essential procedures, streamlining and facilitating the day-to-day operations and tasks for Alex and the team.

Erin is very adept in the office with her organisation and accounting skills. She handles our HR, administrative, clerical, and financial processes, and also our client and channel partner accounts.
