Definitely have done above and beyond! Not only did Alex sourced me a quality house which ticked all my boxes in a narrow 1-week timeframe with a very good bargain, the before and after sale follow up is amazingly satisfactory and made me felt cared for, not just job done and bye for good.
Brad has been the person who first approached me and keeping in touch with me the whole way. Before we dashed straight into what house I like, he first analysed my financial situation to get a better picture and tailored to my need. Communications (email + calls) have been very adequate and prompt. He's usually one step ahead of me and regularly contacted me before I thought of/if there's any issues, I feel like I'm constantly on his schedule and always in the loop, never left me out. He also let me know when he'll be in touch next so I've an idea when and what to expect, well-planned.
Thought that was good enough?
